Thank you for supporting Xavier College Preparatory with your donation to the Catholic Tuition Organization - Diocese of Phoenix (CTODP.)

The form below is for taxpayers who might need a little extra help understanding the program before signing up. You can sign up directly at CatholicTuition.org or simply fill out the form below and someone from Xavier will call to answer any questions and provide instructions on participating for the 2010 tax credit.

The amount of your donation, up to $500 for single taxpayers or $1000 for married taxpayers filing jointly, will be refunded with your 2010 Arizona State Tax refund. With your assistance, CTODP can help deserving students have the opportunity to attend Xavier College Preparatory. There is a great need for your participation, since over 35% of Xavier students qualify for tuition assistance through CTODP.

"C" Corporations and Insurance companies are eligible for a corporate tax credit. Please contact Carol Crockett, Director of the Office of Advancement, Xavier College Preparatory, for more information on corporate giving.
